How have we supported the community?

Come Back Circle

Fueling Every Step: Supporting Men’s Mental Health up Scafell Pike

When the Come Back Circle organised their “Unbreakable Steps” hike up Scafell Pike to raise awareness for men’s mental health, we didn’t hesitate to lend our support. The Sandwich Company supplied a carefully curated selection of sandwiches and snacks-designed for both energy and comfort – to keep participants fuelled throughout the challenging ascent of England’s highest peak. By ensuring every hiker stayed nourished and focused, we were proud to play a small – but meaningful – part in helping others climb not just a mountain, but a path toward greater mental health and connection.

The Good Shepard

A Place at the Table

The Good Shepherd in Wolverhampton provides freshly cooked meals and a safe space for people facing homelessness. We’re proud to support their work by supplying sandwiches, bread, fruit, and over the festive season, sweets and crisps to help bring a little extra comfort. Sometimes, individuals reach out directly for ingredients – whether it’s carrots for soup or other essentials – and we’re always glad to help. For us, it’s about making sure no one goes hungry when we have the means to provide.

Midland Langar Seva

Weekly Support with Fresh Fruit

Food poverty and food waste should never exist side by side – that’s why we work closely with Midland Langar Seva. Any surplus stock, cancelled orders, or items that would otherwise go unused are collected directly from us and redistributed to people who need them most. This partnership ensures that good food never goes to waste and instead reaches families and individuals who can benefit from it straight away.

St Mark’s Church

Caring for Families

Every week, St Mark’s Church distributes food to families and children in the local community. To support their work, we provide loaves of bread and prepare 70–80 bags filled with water, fruit, and cakes for families to take home. These bags offer not just nourishment, but reassurance that help is there when it’s needed. We’re proud to stand alongside St Mark’s in supporting local families with the basics that make a difference.
